    Room was immaculate and spotlessly clean.

    The hotel was straightforward with brilliant and handy location really close to center's, Also in a good position at the rear of the houndshill shopping centre so close to the tower and town centre. Exceptional service at the dining room!

    A good two-night family getaway! Our Economy Triple Room was perfect and cute. The hearty breakfast kickstarted our day perfectly, while the friendly staff was nice. Don't miss a stroll to the nearby Winter Gardens, it's just a short walk away!

    The room I booked was clean and spacious, awesome for a comfortable work environment. The location is ideal for accessing local amenities and meeting venues. Breakfast was great, with a hot, freshly made full English breakfast that fueled my busy days. The staff were consistently friendly.

    The staff was so cute and were really good. My economy twin room was super clean and spacious for me and my friend. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts and loved how central everything was. Big shoutout to all the great staff for making our weekend so pleasant!

    Friendly staff, clean room, with a nice breakfast that was plentiful and served early to accommodate our schedule. The location is fantastic with parking just a minute away and access to free wi-fi in public areas.
